The impact of laws criminalizing and combating electronic blackmail crimes

Abstract: This study investigates the impact of strategic agility on achieving organizational excellence in Asiacell, a leading telecommunications company in Iraq. The research emphasizes the dimensions of strategic agility strategic sensitivity, resource fluidity, and leadership unity and their role in fostering adaptability and innovation. A descriptive analytical approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire distributed among a purposive sample of Asiacell employees. The findings indicate a significant and positive correlation between strategic agility and organizational excellence, particularly highlighting the influence of leadership unity. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance strategic agility practices within the company, including continuous development of managerial capabilities and fostering a proactive organizational culture to support long-term excellence and competitiveness.
