Abstract: It has been observed that conflict or war has been taking place more day by day on internal and international level. War is always undesirable to all and everybody especially both conflicting parties know that conflict always is harmful for all, yet war is going on at national and international level for which the mankind of the world has been facing more troublesome for their sound life, safety and security in different aspects. For happening of the conflict between the parties some warriors or others present at the battle field may be sick and wounded and similarly some may be weak, ill, wounded and become shipwrecked members at war in sea and for those reasons some participatory fighters become incapable to participate in the war. For the proper safeguard of the aforesaid incapable persons Geneva Convention- 1 and Geneva Convention-2, 1949 were adopted where more guidelines are available in regard to the protection of the rights of sick, wounded and shipwrecked members at warfare area.
