Abstract: Liability
is one of the most important pillars in general and the foundations of the
general civil law
، through which the settlement of civil law
and civil liability in particular is established
، it is established based on
the element of compensation and redress for damage and the establishment of
civil liability does not occur without monitoring pillars that are not bad from
their existence in the first place and they are 3 pillars that lead to damages
resulting from damages resulting from work damages resulting from work damages
، and liability arising from
the work of the parties is the damages caused by the guardian or the person
responsible for caring for any person for the actions they perform as a result
of the violation that harms the damages that harm others
، if this study addressed the
definition of liability and stood on its concept and tried to define it as this
study came sections of liability arising from the work of the parties from the
responsibility of the follower for his actions and the responsibility of the
trustee and the provisions of this responsibility.
