Abstract: Annotation in this article the author highlights the issues of the appointment of fair punishment in the history of political and legal doctrines in Russia Uzbekistan and from ancient times to the present day. Crime and criminal punishment as actual phenomena were covered quite well in the Avesta and in other sources, and attention is paid to this. Theаскрыто scientific heritage of our great scientists is revealed. Thehistorical and theoretical aspects oftheа principle of justice in the sentencing of crimes in historical sources are analyzed. This approach to this issue will serve as additional material to previously published works in international scientific circles.
